How do I Register for Loan Enquiry?
  1. You can register for the Loan Enquiry system by opening Loan Enquiry and clicking the 'New User' link, then follow the steps to complete the registration. Upon completion, a customer ID will be issued to you via e-mail and text message to your mobile number on file. Each borrower has their own customer ID and password.

How do I change/reset my password?
  1. You can reset your password by opening Loan Enquiry and clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link and provide your customer ID and date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
  2. Security questions from your registration will need to be answered. If you are still unable to reset your password, please contact our Customer Care team for more assistance.

Do I have to answer all 8 security questions?
  1. A minimum of 4 security questions will need to be answered.

How do I set my password?
  1. A password will need to be between 8-15 characters in length, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, with at least one number and a symbol. e.g. Cbcae12112#!

What is my Loan Number?
  1. Your loan number can be found in any correspondence that has been sent to you.

How do I know the security post code of my property?
  1. The security property is the property that we hold the mortgage over.

Do I need to put the code for the international dialing code?
  1. If you are already in Australia, leave this area blank otherwise provide your country code without the + sign.

How do I know my customer ID?
  1. Your customer ID will be emailed and sent via text message after completing the registration, otherwise please contact our Customer Care team to confirm your customer ID.

I supplied all the information but the system would not Identify me.

I have 2 or more security properties, which post code do I use?
  1. If 2 or more security properties are listed, use the post code of the first security property.

I have changed my mobile number and/or email address, do I need to advise anyone before registration?
  1. You will need to contact our Customer Care team to update the details on file to reflect this change.

Is there character limit in creating a password?
  1. Yes, the character limit is between 8-15 characters in length.
